Beautiful pale pink colour with coppery glints, accompanied by a fine and persistent bubble that highlights its elegance and freshness.
Expressive nose with intense notes of fresh red fruits, such as strawberry, cherry and raspberry, complemented by subtle nuances of white flowers, peach and citrus. Delicate hints of brioche and almonds also appear, adding complexity and refinement.
The palate is fresh, fruity and balanced, with a vibrant acidity that enhances its red fruit and citrus notes. Its bubbles are creamy and enveloping, providing a silky texture. There are subtle mineral hints and an elegant and persistent finish, leaving a pleasant and refreshing sensation.
