Description

This fino is the same as the one known as "Fino en rama Eléctrico", but it is presented in an innovative bottle shaped like a light bulb, perfect for giving as a gift and making an impression.

It is made with grapes of the Pedro Ximénez variety, the most common in Montilla-Moriles. It is a distinct and elegant fino, with aromas that evoke licorice. Its name "electric light bulb" alludes to its origin, since the winery building used to be a power station.

Color: The Bombilla Fino Seco exhibits a pale straw color with subtle golden reflections, denoting its freshness and youth.

Aroma: On the nose, it displays an elegant bouquet with intense aromas of fresh almonds, aromatic herbs and subtle saline notes. The aging process under a veil of flor adds complexity with delicate yeast notes.

Taste: On the palate, it is dry and sophisticated, with a perfectly balanced acidity that highlights its freshness. Flavors of nuts such as almonds and hazelnuts stand out, complemented by a light saline touch and a long, persistent finish that invites you to continue enjoying it.
