El Castro de Valtuille Godello is a white gem from Bierzo, produced by the Castro Ventosa winery with 100% Godello grapes.

This wine reflects the mineral and fresh character of the Bierzo soils, with a vinification that highlights its elegance and complexity. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, its balance between fruit and acidity makes it an excellent choice for lovers of whites with personality.

Tasting notes El Castro De Valtuille Godello:

Appearance: Straw yellow color with golden reflections and greenish flashes, clean and bright.

Nose: Intense aromas of white fruits (pear, apple), citrus notes and a floral touch. Subtle mineral and herbaceous background that evokes its origin in Bierzo.

Palate: Fresh and vibrant, with well-integrated acidity. Silky and unctuous mid-palate, leaving a long finish with hints of ripe fruit and light saline touches.
