Tasting note for Perrier-Jouet Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs Case:
Perrier-Jouet Belle Epoque champagne is yellow with golden flashes, very bright and a very fine carbon dioxide that creates a light interior crown. Intense aromas of white and ripe fruit, dairy notes. Hints of toasted nuts and a light background of wet stone (minerality). In the mouth Perrier-Jouet Belle Epoque has an excellent and fine entry, very fresh throughout and a very well integrated carbonation, very good acidity, dairy touches, unctuous and somewhat sweet.
