La Servil is a red wine from the D.O. Jumilla made with the Monastrell variety by Bodegas Bodegas Cerrón.
La Servil tasting note:
Appearance: Intense red color with purple reflections, bright and attractive.
Nose: This wine displays an intense and complex aroma. The notes of ripe red fruits such as cherry and blackberry stand out, intertwined with spicy touches and a subtle wood background, the result of its aging in barrels.
Palate: On the palate, La Servil is powerful and well structured. The tannins are robust but refined, and the acidity is perfectly balanced, providing a harmonious and enveloping sip. The fruit flavors are complemented by notes of chocolate, coffee and a slight mineral touch that provides freshness.
