Tasting notes of Pandemonium Blanco de Tintas:
Visual: It has a pale hue with subtle greyish nuances on the rim. The delicate salmon tone that initially emerged after pressing faded during fermentation and the prolonged aging period in stacks.
Nose: Creamy and pastry notes stand out on the nose, complemented by subtle aromas of aromatic herbs. Light hints of red fruit are also appreciated, characteristic of the Garnacha Tinta.
