Description

Raventós de Nit 2021 is an exceptional rosé cava from the Raventós i Blanc winery, located in the heart of Penedés, Spain.

This rosé sparkling wine is made from a carefully selected blend of the Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Monastrell grape varieties, all grown under ecological and biodynamic practices. Its distinctive pale pink color and aromatic complexity make it a sophisticated and elegant choice for any special occasion.

Raventos De Nit tasting note:

Visual: It has a beautiful pale pink color with salmon reflections. The bubbles are fine and persistent, forming a delicate rosary in the glass.

Aroma: On the nose, it offers a complex and attractive aromatic range where notes of fresh red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry and cherry predominate, complemented by subtle citrus touches of grapefruit and lemon. Floral nuances and a slight bakery note are also perceived, the result of its aging on lees.

Taste: In the mouth, the Raventós de Nit 2021 is fresh and vibrant, with a well-balanced acidity that highlights its fruity flavors. The bubble is creamy, providing a pleasant and silky texture to the palate. Flavors of ripe red fruits, citrus and a light touch of brioche stand out. The finish is long and elegant, with a mineral sensation that lingers and adds depth.
