The Macallan Night on Earth in Jerez de la Frontera is a limited edition single malt Scotch whisky created in celebration of The Macallan's 200 years of tradition and innovation. Inspired by the vibrant New Year's Eve festivities in the Andalusian town of Jerez, this expression masterfully combines the rich heritage of Scotch whisky with the unique influences of sherry, the heart of the region.

Matured in European and American oak casks, all pre-seasoned with sherry, this whisky reflects The Macallan's commitment to excellence and tradition. Each bottle is presented in exclusive packaging, designed in collaboration with Sherry artist Maria Melero, whose artwork captures the warmth, vibrancy and cultural richness of Christmas celebrations in Jerez.

Colour: Old gold with deep amber highlights.

Aroma: An explosion of dried fruits such as sultanas and dates, accompanied by notes of candied orange peel and baked apple. More subtle tones of dark chocolate, creamy vanilla and warm spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg evoke Christmas traditions.

Flavour: Rich and balanced, with layers of dried fruit, toffee and honey. Notes of spicy oak, salted caramel and a hint of citrus unfold, adding freshness. The sherry influence adds remarkable depth, with echoes of ripe red fruits and a slightly vanilla finish.

Finish: Long and warm, dominated by spicy oak and dried fruits, with a subtle hint of smoke and a sweet sherry memory that lingers on the palate.
