Description
Aalto Blanco de Parcela is a white wine from Castilla y León produced by Bodegas Aalto.
It is a white wine made from Verdejo grapes, matured in oak from vineyards in the Fuente de las Hontanillas plot.
The agricultural year begins with a very rainy autumn and mild temperatures. Winter begins with fog, a sharp drop in temperatures and ends with little rainfall and moderate temperatures.
Spring begins with low temperatures. The rest of the season is spent with unstable weather and storms. During the summer, temperatures remain high, dropping at the end of August, with some occasional storms. September, as usual, maintains mild temperatures during the day and low temperatures at night, which marks the beginning of the grape harvest.
Tasting notes of Aalto Blanco de Parcela
Bright yellow colour.
The nose presents very good intensity, with fruits and spicy touches due to its ageing.
On the palate, it is fresh, with minerality, with a broad finish and hints of citrus fruits.
