Description
Cuvée palomar is a red wine made by Abadía Retuerta with 40% Garnacha, 35% Tempranillo and 25% Graciano, in D.O.P. Abadía Retuerta.
An exceptional cuvée that symbolizes elegance, a special sensitivity and the search for perfection. A wine that recovers the concept and style of the old Cuvée Palomar, which adapts to new times, climatology and the experience of its technical team. The aim is to make an assemblage, a blend of the varieties with the most finesse, complexity and balance of the estate.
Cuvée Palomar tasting notes
Violet color.
Attractive, rounded nose with notes of ripe wild blueberries, black plum, violets, white pepper, toast and tobacco leaf.
Nicely textured and very aromatic on the palate, this is a wine with a very delicate, elegant feel, great finesse with fragrant aromas and a refreshing finish.
It will develop its potential over the next 5-8 years and then refine in bottle. A great wine for cellaring.
