Abadía Retuerta Special Selection 375ml is a red wine D.O.P. Abadía Retuerta produced from the selection of the best grapes from each of the payments of the winery, combines the richness of the Tempranillo, the intensity of the Syrah and the elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon.
Abadía Retuerta Special Selection of 2001 was awarded at the International Wine Challenge in London as the best red in the world in 2005. It is a very balanced, harmonious wine with a great aromatic richness and incredible expressiveness.
Tasting note of Abadía Retuerta special selection 375ml
Abadía Retuerta Special Selection 375ml is of intense garnet color layer. Notes of ripe red and black fruit (cherries, cherry, plums) to which they join balsamic and spices aromas (licorice) and those from a sweet wood.
Powerful, fruity, creamy and long in the mouth. With body, where they emphasize tannins of marked personality, very pleasant, that enhance its long end, its persistence. A tasty wine, a safe bet.
