Abadía Retuerta Special selection 2014 in format of 6l is a red wine VT Castilla y León produced from the selection of the best grapes of each of the payments of the winery, combines the richness of the Tempranillo, the intensity of the Syrah and the elegance of Cabernet SAUV ignon.
Abadía Retuerta Special Selection of 2001 was awarded at the International Wine Challenge in London as the best red in the world in 2005. It is a very balanced, harmonious wine with a great aromatic richness and incredible expressiveness.
Tasting note of Abadía Retuerta special selection 6L 2014
Abadía Retuerta Special Selection 6l is of intense garnet color coating. Notes of ripe red and black fruit (cherries, cherry, plums) to which they join balsamic and spices aromas (licorice) and those from a sweet wood.
Powerful, fruity, creamy and long in the mouth. With body, where they emphasize tannins of marked personality, very pleasant, that enhance its long end, its persistence. A tasty wine, a safe bet.
