The «Baby Organic» is presented in a 100ml format in an intense blue cubic shaped glass bottle. Contains extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety. Picual Organic has a more intense fruity compared to conventional picual, this is due to the use only of organic products for the nutrition of the olive trees.

Variety
Organic Picual oil has a strong personality, with more intensity and body. They are oils of a greener color, with an intense fruity flavor, with a greater sensation of density and itching and medium-high bitterness. It is a variety that is highly appreciated for its early production, ease of cultivation and quality of the olive oil obtained, highlighting in this the high proportion of oleic acid.

Sensory profile
Very intense fruity of green olives, and very complex, with notes of fig, grass, stem, alloza, citrus and tomato. In the mouth, it has a sweet entry, moderately bitter and somewhat more spicy, all very balanced.
