Picual variety oil from early harvest from selected mountain olive trees, the characteristic of the mountain area is the altitude that gives it greater organoleptic qualities, very aromatic and elegant in the mouth.

Born in the mountains of Jaén. Its climate, altitude and terrain allow the olive tree to contain high quality olives.

The early harvest provides freshness, an intense green color, fruity, herbaceous aromas, and an intense, subtle and enveloping flavor.
