Description

Verdeliss Royal Red Oil 500ml. It is a cold extraction and early harvest oil of excellent quality, which comes from a micro-mill specialized in producing EVOO of the ROYAL variety with PREMIUM quality.

Born in the mountains of Jaén. Its climate, altitude and terrain allow the olive tree to contain high quality olives.

The early harvest provides freshness, an intense green color, fruity, herbaceous aromas, and an intense, subtle and enveloping flavor. The first visual impact is its intense green color.

On the fruity nose, aromas of green apple, green banana and almond are appreciated. Fresh, balanced in the mouth with a bitter and mild spiciness.

To make early harvest Verdeliss10 Royal, 10 kilos of green olives were needed to obtain 1 liter of pure quality EVOO.
