The Agustí Torelló Mata Brut Reserva cava is a pale straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. Thin and persistent bubble of slow evolution, with good formation of rosaries.
On the nose is clean and very fruity, with memories of Apple, notes of caramel and a background of fresh herbs and balsamic touches menthol.
In Boca, Agustí Torelló Mata Brut Reserva is elegant and balanced, fruity and fresh, with notes of ripe apple and syrups. Very well integrated carbonic, with excellent sugar-acidity balance. Long and delicate Post-taste.
