Description
Natural clams from the Rias Baixas 12 pieces Rosa Lafuente. Rosa Lafuente is a differential brand of Paco Lafuente. The preserves maintain the centenary know-how, the traditional way of elaboration and are packed by hand without adding any chemical product. The highest quality raw materials come from the Arousa and coastal estuary in Galicia.
As raw material they use live and fresh White Clams (Venerupis Pullastra), clearly differentiated from any other by their texture and exquisite flavour, which come mainly from the Arosa estuary and also from the Noya estuary.
