Defined by the Pujol-Busquets Guillén family as a “collector's cava with a 'great wine' philosophy” and a cava that shows “the elegance of the passage of time”, it is the result of a long aging process, of waiting and determination, a wine called to occupy the Olympus of Premium cavas.
