Amontillado del Duque Tasting note

Amontillado of the Duke 's dark golden color. Sharp aromas reminiscent of their upbringing in ' flor '. Notes of nuts and noble woods. On the palate it is dry and vigorous, with a very long, aromatic and well-structured finish. Great concentration and complexity. Ideal with old cheese and parmesan.
