Description

Kadhambam means 'blend' or 'combination', and this Amrut lives up to its name: the Amrut spirit starts maturing in ex-oloroso casks then transfers to brandy casks, then to rum casks (both rum and brandy produced at Amrut as well). A curious blend, this is a unique and exciting whisky.

NOSE: rich and floral, honeyed, nutty, new oak, vanilla, fruity aromas of citrus and tropical fruits.

PALATE: candied fruits, subtle oak with a light dusting of peat and integrated spices.

FINISH: Warm and complex with a long, dry finish.
