Description

An Negra Quibia is a white wine made in VT Mallorca with Callet, Prensal, Muscat and Giró by Ànima Negra Viticultors.

It is a unique blend made from indigenous grape varieties. It is fermented at low temperature and aged on its lees.

For its production, the grapes are cooled on a cold bed on dry ice to avoid oxidation. They are then selected by hand. After selection, the yeast is fermented at low temperature and aged on its lees for about 3 months in cement tanks.

Tasting notes of An Negra Quibia

Pale yellow colour with greenish reflections and wax-coloured rim. Very clean and bright.

Medium intensity, citrus and herbaceous aromas. Mineral background and tropical touches.

Smooth and fresh entry. Red fruits and toasted background from the barrel. Well-structured, medium intensity. Long and elegant finish.
