It is owned by the Cattier family, renowned French winemakers. This fine drink also known as Ace of Spades contains Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot and Menuier, in equal parts, which are blended to give it a complex flavor that has been praised countless times by wine critics.

The Armand de Brignac harvest is made from a suit tailored to His Excellency, a bottle conceived by André Courrèges, with gold inlays, and decorated with an ace of spades. The bottle is protected in a black lacquered chest, also decorated with the brand's own symbol.
