As you like it is an amontillado wine made by Williams & Humbert with the Palomino Fino variety.

It is a revolutionary wine, a treasure that was discovered more than 30 years ago at the Williams & Humbert winery. It was bottled for the first time six years ago, as the foreman was the only one who knew of its existence.

Tasting Notes for As you like it

Deep amber colour and incisive aroma with hints of caramel, toast and toffee.

On the palate, it has a creamy and subtly sweet entry and ends up showing the sharp and sharp character of the long ageing.
