Description
Audentia reserva 2014 is a red wine reserva de la D.O.P. Valencia DEVELOPED by Bodegas Murviedro. The courage, "Audentia" in Latin, defined the inhabitants of Valencia during the period of the Reconquista. In Murviedro we honor your memory with these wines that are characterized by their structure and character.
Selection of the best grapes of each variety. Destemming and soft squeezed. Vinification separately in stainless steel tanks in prolonged maceration with the skins, using selected yeasts. Slow start of fermentation maintaining a temperature of 10 to 12 °c until reaching a fermentation end between 25 and 26 °c. Malolactic fermentation. Assembly and Homogenization. Aged for a minimum of one year in New American oak casks.
