Aviva Gold
D.O No denomination
Arien Muscat
Description
Straw-yellow colour with amber iridescence accompanied by an attractive metallic effect in gold color in conjunction with a slow and uniform detachment of small bubbles.
Of aromas reminiscent of white flowers, especially citrus grapefruit and orange rind.
In the mouth it is pleasant and slightly persistent sweet with balanced and integrated acidity.
Its spectacular presentation assumes the risk of being left in artifice, but it should not dislike its fruity flavor, with a citrus aftertaste, when it has broken the market in a dozen countries, exporting 50,000 units per week.
Llinares explains that it took a year and a half to develop this first R & D project of the company, they devised with the intention of "making a product something different, with a little more sugar and that it really was something shocking, that at rest out of a form and to move Or had something special that people would remember. "
Thus was born Aviva, whose visual impact is the result of a process 100% artisan, no applied science. The effect of the moving flame hides "a sweet taste with a small touch of Moscatel very nice". This differentiation in the product, the "essence" referred to by Víctor Linares, "has opened the doors in many markets thanks to innovation".
Aviva presents itself as an optimal sparkling wine to enjoy in lunch and dinner with friends in a celebration atmosphere because, by its composition, it can be taken indistinctly in the aperitif, during the agape or as accompaniment for the dessert, with "an excellent Pairing ".
