Description
Obtained by fivefold distillation. The botanicals used are juniper, orange and lemon rind, coriander, liquorice, cinnamon, cassia, nutmeg, Angelica, and the root of a few.
The name of the gin comes from the well-known London Borough of Bayswater, which is depicted on the inside of the label by an engraving of the time, which represents the construction of the metro station.

The final product is very transparent, with a predominance of juniper and a balance between spices and citrus aroma. In the mouth is very soft, and highlights the notes of citrus coated with flavors of cilantro and juniper.
