Beberás de la copa de tu hermana is a white wine made from Macabeo, Monastrell, Verdil and Subirat Parent (Malvasía), in the D.O.P. Valencia by the Fil-loxera & Cia winery.
It feels full of character, powerful but fresh, perhaps because it has been partially matured in oak and acacia barrels. Produced in the DOP Valencia - Subzone Clariano - Municipal District of Fontanars dels Alforins.
A winery with a limited production, from its own land and with an almost artisan production.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Woody aromas and a touch of white pepper, perhaps due to having been partially matured in oak and acacia barrels.
Palate: It feels full of character, powerful but fresh. The finish is creamy and long, leaving a feeling of freshness and cleanliness.
