Description
Beronia Reserva is a red wine of D.O. C Rioja made by Bodegas Beronia. This wine is made from a selection of the best grapes from the older vineyards of Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo. After a slow and careful fermentation controlled with periodic remounts to extract the desired color and aromas, this wine remained for 19 months in mixed barrels of American and French oak, achieving a leisurely and harmonious evolution. Subsequently, he completed his upbringing for 18 months in a bottle before going on the market.
Tasting notes of Beronia Reserva
Beronia Reserva offers an intense ruby red color, clean and shiny. On the nose, it is very attractive, highlighting the aromas of red berries, blueberries and raspberries on a background of cinnamon and chocolate. In the mouth it is fleshy and fruity, the notes of cherry and strawberry accompany the licorice of the dominant variety, the Tempranillo, and envelop the palate. Its balanced acidity and silky tannins guarantee a long and elegant journey.
