Billecart-Salmon Blanc de Blancs has been elaborated from the five great vineyards of the "Côte des Blancs": Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger. It is a mixture of two different years thus revealing the special quality of the Chardonnay.
