Bollinger RD, the new vintage of the house's flagship cuvée, is as innovative today as when it was launched 54 years ago: Extra Brut, aged on the lees, freshly disgorged and with the disgorgement date printed on the front label.

A Champagne sparkling wine with selected clusters of pinot noir, pinot nero and chardonnay.

Tasting notes of Bollinger R.D.

Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut is dressed with intense reflections.
A complex nose with aromas of honey and brioche. The spices then reveal themselves under multiple reminiscences before evolving towards notes of mirabelle plum, dried apricot and fresh hazelnut.
A lively and energetic attack, revealing notes of white plum, walnut and aniseed, as well as a beautiful freshness and incredible tension on the palate.
