Description

For its distillation, a 1761 recipe is followed which uses a single steam distillation process.

In this process, unlike some where it is hierbened, the botanists are placed inside a copper still holed where the steam passes through this to infuse the spirit of the botanists in the final liquid.

The botanists used for the Original Bombay Gin, as is also known, are the Italian juniper berries, angelica Root, Spanish almonds, licorice, cassis, Moroccan coriander seeds, Spanish lemon skin and the Italian iris root.
