In this pear cider, more than 15 different varieties of the fruit have been used, cultivated according to the biodynamic agricultural practices.

Bordelet Poire Authentique reminds us of the intense, clean and soft flavor of ripe pears, with a sweet touch although nothing cloying.
Excellent aperitif although at the table we can also take it with cheese preparations (cheese soufflé, cheese roll and candied pear), preparations of foie and even desserts based on bitter chocolate.
