Botón de Gallo Rosé is a rosé wine made with Tempranillo and Verdejo under the denomination V.T. Castilla y León, by the Dominio del Blanco winery.

This unique rosé, made with Tempranillo and Verdejo varieties, stands out for its partial fermentation in barrel, giving it a distinctive personality and a powerful and structured mouthfeel.

Sourced from old vineyards in the picturesque area of Valoria and San Martín in Valladolid, the grapes undergo pre-fermentation maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels. The result is a limited production wine jewel that captivates the senses with its mineral and creamy character.
