Description
The Prestige brandy 50 is obtained through the distillation of the wine, with a volume of alcohol of 40%. The distillation is done with the wines without their lees and by a simple distillation, separating the heads and tails and choosing only the central fraction of the spirits.
During the aging process, brandy Prestige 50 is deposited in American oak boots for a minimum of 5 years. These boots must have contained for at least three years some of the types of sherry wines.
This process of fractionated ageing gives Brandy Prestige 50 great homogeneity and contrasted quality.
From a 1946 Solera, a very limited number of prestigious, numbered and exclusive bottles of brandy are bottled each year.
The result is a brandy with an intense aroma and soft touches of licorice and wood. Excellence and prestige become brandy.
