Bruto Tinto 2021

Bruto is a red wine produced by the Juan Gil winery in the D.O. Jumilla. The Juan Gil winery is a historic winery in Jumilla, a winery that was built in 1916 by Juan Gil Giménez. The fourth generation is currently in charge of the winery.

Throughout this time Juan Gil has positioned itself as an international winery, with a great projection throughout the world. Bruto is a monovarietal of the Monastrell grape that has fermented in stainless steel tanks for 25 days at a controlled temperature, performing malolactic and then aging in French and American oak for 24 months.
