The manteca colorá, characteristic of Andalusia and Extremadura, joins the mackerel to create, from Felisa's hand, an exquisite gourmet preserve with an extraordinary flavor.

The lard is seasoned with paprika and other spices such as bay leaf, oregano and garlic, giving it its distinctive reddish tone and the name "Manteca colorá".

Experience the pleasure of spreading this lard on a toasted muffin and simply placing the mackerel loins on top.
