Description
Cambio de Tercio is a wine from Bruno Murciano with 9 months of aging in 500-liter Burgundy barrels. It is a monovarietal from Bobal in the D.O. Utiel-Requena of which only 3,000 bottles have been bottled. The grapes come from old vines from their Las Bruñas plot in the municipality of the Valencian Community of Caudete de las Fuentes.
PREPARATION: Cambio de Tercio is a wine made with grapes from old vines from the Las Bruñas plot in the Valencian town of Caudete de Las Fuentes. The harvest is done manually in boxes of 10 to 25 kilos. To prevent the fruits from losing their quality, they are stored in refrigerated trucks in the vineyard itself. It is aged for 9 months in used 500-liter barrels.
GRAPE: Monovarietal of grapes of the Bobal variety of old vines.
SERVICE: The recommended temperature for serving is between 15ºC and 17ºC.
PAIRING: it can be taken with all kinds of pasta and rice dishes, as well as with white and red meats.

Joven y fresco. Estupendo para acompañar un aperitivo, pero también marida bien una carne.
