Description

Cantaluz Tinto Monastrell is a red wine of the D.O. Alicante MADE by Bodegas Monovar. Manual harvesting, selection table. Maceration in 10 days under temperature control of 26 º C. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent ageing of 5 months in French oak casks.

Tasting note of Cantaluz Tinto Monastrell

Cantaluz Tinto Monastrell is intense red, clean and shiny. Aromas of fruit, vanilla and light oak toast. Warm flavor with good acidity, ripe and soft tannins with aftertaste of ripe black plums.
