Description
Very strong Belgian ale style beer, highly fermented and second fermented in the bottle. Amber in color, somewhat cloudy. Of abundant foam, and with very varied and surprising aromas, perhaps bittersweet and spicy, reminiscent of different types of bushes and herbs.
At first its alcohol is appreciated, but by its second fermentation it acquires a body that rounds off a dry and pronounced bitterness. Pairing: seasoned fish, small game meats and strong and blue cheeses, and pates. You can try it with braised rabbit or stew.
