Description
Chambord Liqueur 50cl is a liquor produced in the Loire Valley in France made with red and black raspberries, honey, Madagascar vanilla and Cognac. The liquor is said to have been developed for the first time for King LOUIS XIV in one of his visits to the castle OF Chambord. During its elaboration, black and red raspberries are mixed through an infusion process and a very concentrated base is used to go through a second infusion where the flavors of both berries are definitively captured. Finally, this infusion of berries is mixed with Cognac, vanilla extracts from Madagascar, citrus peels from Morocco, honey and a touch of aromatic herbs.
