Description
Mailly Grand Cru Brut Reserve is a Champagne from the Champagne DO made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Its elaboration consists of a manual selection, pressing with whole clusters. Alcoholic fermentation at 15° and malolactic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and barrels.
