Mailly Grand Cru Brut Reserve is a Champagne from the Champagne DO made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Its elaboration consists of a manual selection, pressing with whole clusters. Alcoholic fermentation at 15° and malolactic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and barrels.

Golden yellow, fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, toasted notes, high intensity, fruity and buttery aromas. In the mouth, fresh, fruity, pleasant and sensual.
