Champagne G.H. Martel Millésime Brut is a sparkling wine made from 40% Chardonnay, 55% Pinot Noir and 5% Meunier.

The personality of G.H. Martel & C° Champagne is based on the expertise of the Rapeneau family, who have been involved in the production of this champagne for four generations.

COLOUR: beautiful golden robe with ample and harmonious bubbles.

AROMA: fresh aromas of pear, subtle notes of nuts and vanilla.

PALATE: Fresh and elegant on the palate with citrus flavours. A pleasant and solid cereal taste.

It is enjoyed as an aperitif with foie gras. It also goes well with poultry, such as duck breast with figs and almonds.
