The G.H. Martel&Cº Rosé Brut Champagne is a sparkling wine made from 40% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, 20% Meunier and 15% Coteaux Champenois Rouge.

The personality of G.H. Martel & C ° Champagne is based on the know-how of the Rapeneau family, which has been involved in the making of this champagne for four generations.

Tasting Notes of Champagne G.H. Martel Rosé

COLOUR: a pinkish robe with salmon reflections.

AROMA: The nose is very fruity and powerful (cherries, strawberries). The aromas are balanced by a pleasant floral freshness.

PALATE: Delicious entry, structured and complex, followed by a very fruity finish with hints of vanilla.

It goes very well with sole. It can also be served with desserts such as a yellow fruit sabayon or a fruit salad.
