Champagne Soutiran Rosé Grand Cru
D.O Champagne
Pinot Noir Chardonnay
Description
Champagne Soutiran Rosé Grand Cru is a Champagne made from Pinot noir and Chardonnay by Maison Soutiran.
Soutiran Rosé Champagne has been produced exclusively from Grand Cru grapes and is a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir in the village of Ambonnay. Ideal for aperitifs and hors d'oeuvres, it is light and airy on the palate.
Maison Soutiran, a 6 hectare family house, is located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, in the village of Ambonnay, which benefits from the prestigious "Grand Cru" distinction. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are planted on hillsides with calcareous soils particularly rich in magnesium. This specificity of the village's terroir gives a minerality to the wines that is expressed through saline and iodine notes.
