Charles Hiedsieck Blanc de Blancs Tasting Notes

Appearance: Crystalline golden colour with reflections typical of the variety.
Nose: Ripe aromas of Chardonnay, accompanied by notes of vineyard peach, candied citrus, hints of lime, honeysuckle and fresh hazelnut. In the background, subtle hints of mandarin and lemon.
Taste: Fresh and tense. Direct attack, not aggressive due to its unctuousness. Mineral and saline finish with great balance.
