Charles Hiedsieck Brut Reserve Tasting Notes
Appearance: Deep golden colour. A fine, orchestrated and persistent effervescence, thanks to a slow and prolonged maturation in the cellars.
Smell: Complex, elegant and exclusive aroma. Freshly baked brioche, toasted notes and sun-drenched ripe fruits (mango, apricot, mirabelle plum), as well as nuts, pistachios and almonds.
Taste: Evokes the crunch of a fine layer of nougat on a melting cream, with fleshy fruits, apricots and cherries. The unctuousness is provided by the selection of reserve wines. The finish hints of praline and vanilla.
