Tasting Notes of Chaveo
Appearance: Medium/high robe, bright and lively red. Very attractive colour that shows the origin of the fresh grapes that the Valley offers us.
Smell: Medium/high aromatic intensity and great complexity. Aromas of red fruit, fresh fruit, aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean forest and subtle menthol notes stand out. Tertiary aromas provide toffee, menthol and a wide range of spices.
Taste: Medium-bodied on the palate. The range of nuances is in line with what the nose anticipated: fresh fruits together with toasted and menthol notes, at the end and bitter touch that makes the wine very long.
