Description
Codorniu Extra Semi Seco is a sparkling wine of the denomination of Origin Cava elaborated by Codorniu. This is the traditional cava par excellence. Elaborated with the traditional varieties of the zone and the heir of the history of the cava and of Codorníu.
It is fresh and combines the aromas and flavors of Macabeo, Xarel. Lo and Parellada with the aromas from its ageing for more than 15 months in bottle in contact with yeasts.
Codorniu Extra Semi Tasting Note
Codorniu Extra Semi dry is pale straw yellow. Thin, persistent and well-integrated bubble.
Primary aromas typical of the varieties used (citrus, almond blossom, etc.), accompanied by a bottom of brioche and nuts from the long ageing on lees.
In mouth, fine bubble and a balanced freshness, even in the sweetest dosajes.
