Description
Cruz de Alba Finca los hoyales Crianza 2014 is a wine with D. O Ribera Del Duero elaborated by the Bodega Cruz de Alba with the variety of Tempranillo grape.
Finca Los Hoyales is born from the oldest vineyards of the farm, with vines planted 53 years ago in a land that has demonstrated its uniqueness since it began to elaborate wine on this farm. These strains give very few grapes, which makes small productions very careful.
Harvested by hand and then fermented in oak and malolactic casks in new French oak barrels. It remains in the cask raising on its lees for 22 months without racking, only a soft removed newspaper.
