Dockland Tasting Notes
Dockland is of golden color of medium-low intensity, slightly coppery. Clean and crystalline.
To the nose is frank, fresh and intense. On a background of hay, noble woods, spices (ginger, white pepper) and touches of toasted wood stand out. After a while in Copa we find balsamic aromas, citrus and amielados.
The mouth has a friendly and greedy entrance. It combines an almost silky softness with its caráster Scotch. Wide and round. It's very long, with an interesting hot touch at the end. In Retronasal we return to find elegant notes of smoked wood and spices.
